What we collect

When you request or receive beta access, we may collect your name, email address, company or project, role, stated use case, account information, product activity, feedback, lead-workflow entries you create, and data-quality reports you submit.

How we use it

We use this information to operate MyAgenticData, provision and secure beta workspaces, understand product usage, respond to feedback, improve data quality, evaluate beta applicants, communicate about access, and develop the product.

Business intelligence

MyAgenticData contains business information assembled from public or licensed sources and internal enrichment processes. Beta users should independently verify information before relying on it for important decisions or outreach.

Service providers

We use infrastructure and software providers to host, authenticate, store, and operate the service. Information may be processed by those providers as needed to deliver MyAgenticData.

Retention and security

We retain beta information for as long as reasonably needed to operate, improve, secure, and evaluate the service. We use access controls and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete beta-account information, stop beta communications, or close your trial workspace. Product feedback and de-identified operational records may be retained where reasonably needed for security, analytics, or product improvement.

Changes

This notice is an early beta notice and may change as the product, business model, and markets evolve. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.

This is a practical beta notice, not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a broad commercial launch.
