Beta Terms
Effective September 6, 2026 · Raleigh founding beta
Beta access
MyAgenticData is currently an invitation-based beta service. Access may be limited by market, duration, feature set, account, or organization. Beta access may be changed, suspended, or ended as the product evolves.
Permitted use
You may use the beta for legitimate business research, prospecting, relationship management, and evaluation of the product. You may not resell, bulk-export, scrape, reverse engineer, redistribute, or use the service to build a competing dataset or product without written permission.
Your workspace
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for the notes, contact outcomes, follow-ups, and other content entered into your workspace. Do not enter passwords, payment-card data, highly sensitive personal information, or information you do not have a lawful reason to store.
Data accuracy
Business information can become outdated, incomplete, duplicated, or incorrect. MyAgenticData provides data-quality signals and reporting tools, but beta information is provided for evaluation and should be independently verified before important decisions, outreach, contracts, or financial commitments.
Feedback
If you provide feedback, bug reports, feature ideas, or data-quality reports, you allow us to use that feedback to operate and improve MyAgenticData without an obligation to compensate you.
No guarantee of availability
The beta is provided on an as-available basis. Features, records, coverage, and access may change. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every business, contact method, creator relationship, or market signal is complete or current.
Suspension
We may suspend access for misuse, attempts to bypass access controls, bulk extraction, unlawful activity, security risk, or behavior that threatens the product, data, infrastructure, or other users.
Beta changes
These beta terms may be updated as MyAgenticData moves toward commercial availability. Continued use after an updated effective date may require acceptance of revised terms.
